While I don't much like the idea of comparing the little shop to Ford, that firm got something right a century ago. The Model T not only foreshadowed a straightforward model naming system that Ford would use for several decades, but it was a product that hit most of the right notes for most folks at an incredible appealing price point. And while I certainly can't imagine buying a bicycle whose color I couldn't choose, the fact is that some folks just don't care.
This new model doesn't have a name yet, so for now I'll just dub it... Model T. If your wallet or spouse won't support a custom build, the Model T might be just the thing. There really isn't anything like it in Chicagoland, as sadly bikes tend to be pretty ridiculous at this price point. With the Model T, you'll get a professionally assembled semi-custom, wonderfully riding bike that will serve you for many years and many miles.
Sold as a complete bike, minus saddle, pedals, and grip tape. As always, every bike comes with a free custom fitting process and a three year warranty. 47-63cm.
