Fixed Free Mercian

• This is a Mercian path racer with a Campagnolo drivetrain and an on-the-fly fixed-free converter. So you can freewheel it up to Northbrook, roll right up to the line, flip a switch, and be track legal. With the exchange rate the way it is with the pound, it's very tempting to sell new Mercians (or Bob Jacksons) in 2009.
