Most folks will find that the e8 will serve all the crucial emergency functions including: tightening seatposts, stems, and handlebars; adjusting drivetrains and brakes; and straightening parts after a crash.
The e10 adds a torx25 and an 8mm allen key for those of you with TIME (or similar pedals) and/or square tapered bottom brackets with slippy crank bolts.
The e20 is a veritable toolbox-in-your hand. It adds a beefy chain tool, torx10, spoke wrenches, a metal tire lever, and a bottle opener.
